Intention
Lisbon’s metropolitan area contains over 150 km² of underutilised or brownfield land.
The first seed of New Earth will be planted in a suburban area on the threshold between city and countryside.
This location combines accessibility to Lisbon’s international transport and vibrant cultural life, with the potential to transform underutilised land into a sustainable and inviting space.
Residents and guests can enjoy independence or community within a thoughtfully designed environment.
The site will provide the perfect balance of visibility, feasibility, and opportunity for urban-edge regeneration, making Lisbon the ideal foundation for New Earth.
Here, we will search for and acquire an ideal 200–400 m² site. £100,000, our first goal, will secure the land and prepare it for New Earth.
