This is a chance to meet people with shared interests in spirituality, consciousness, mindfulness and all things alternative in a relaxed setting in the heart of East London. : )

It can be difficult to meet like minds as we begin the spiritual journey and so the intention here is to bring us all together, make new friends and forge new, empowering connections that allow us to be more of ourselves.

The canvas cafe offers a great selection of hot drinks and snacks to keep us going and you can choose to hang out upstairs or listen to a quick talk downstairs about consciousness. Either way I'd love to see you soon and I'm super excited to meet you!
